Quality Replacement Window Mount Holder for TomTom GO 510 710 910 - by Easy Mount (NOT suitable for GO 510 MyDrive launched in 2015)

My original mount broke so I found this one whilst searching Amazon.The mount arrived promptly however it was not quite a good enough fit to the sat nav (GO710) to ensure a charging, so a quick email to the seller, a prompt response and another mount was in the post to me.The second mount which arrived was a much better fit.The mount fits to the car windscreen well and is more flexible (in terms of positioning) that the original TomTom one. Product feels sturdy and so far I am very happy with it.Great customer service too hence the 5 star rating.

This seems to be a very high quality replacement . Actually does seem more robust than the original Tom Tom one. I like the little lever which attaches it to the windcreen - I think this is less likely to be broken like our previous one. It only has one socket for the charger but that is all i would want anyway. Tried it the other day and it seemed to work fine . I didn't have any connection problems as some previous reviewers seemed to experience,

I purchased this in October 2012 to replace the original TOM TOM that broke after several years of good service.Skeptical of buying a "compatible" mount, but pleasantly suprised when it arrived. It is robust and of good quality. I have experienced a couple of intermittent problems with the electrical connections (it doesn't always charge the unit), but nothing that a little moving around of the connector doesn't fix.All in all a good replacement worth the price you pay.

Although mount and very stable, the power connection is faulty and therefore tomtom does not charge. Therefore useless.

Excellent replacement for the original mount. I find its range of adjustments more useful and it sticks to the windscreen like glue (on several occasions especially in hot weather the old mount launched itself onto the floor). It is limited in its access facilities eg Blue Tooth but as I do not use it no problem

Worked once, then used it months later and now the connector needs jiggling in the socket to get a power feed. One bump and the power goes and you're on battery - IF you have enough juice in it.

Item was researched via written reviews being examined; this item is more strongly built than TomTom original bracket - I can confirm that it attaches more securely and more easily to the windscreen and, perhaps even more noticeably - there are no vibrations transferred to the screen so the screen is essentially clearer in use.Best buy ever in that it beats the 'original' mount hands down!
