Easy to use, leave overnight and in the morning all is good. Very handy where the trap is a pig to remove. For the money this solves the problem without having to resort to a fiddley plumbing job. Plus some months later the problem hasn't re-occurred yet.

Didn't work, after the plumber came he removed the blockage this product was supposed to remove.After 2 apications and 2 full night's left to do its job, alas it was a fail and now getting a refund from the "no quibble 100% refund garuantee" seems to be starting a long and arduously tedious journey that is attached to many products these days.I was even I formed that as there are no directors available to sign the refund as per the garuantee, it could take longer but are they kidding me???I am a manager with experience of multinationals and to suggest that they are unable to produce a cheque for£7.49 is an insult as I'm sure a company such as this have the administrative abilities above that of a boot sale seller.This provides you with the kind of people who are not interested in you as at no time was I asked if my blockage was clear!It's probably a good idea not to ask that as it cost me a reasonable £45+ vat to resolve .The plumber stated that the product is absolutely useless as it has the consistency of water therefore does not stay where it's required to do its job.I am claiming the plumbers expenses as TT his products only job was to remove a blocked drain and after 2 applications leaving for the whole night it failed.What really incenced me was that when the plumber came he said and showed me the blockage, some hair, just what this product was supposed to remove?I mean it has one job to do and it spectacularly failed in fact leaving my bathtub draining slower than before I used this unit.The plumbers words were damning and he talked a great deal of sence , quote" if the product had the consistency of anything but water then it would remain, do its job and you would not have required me"Better words I cannot disagree with however the company trying to pull a fast one stating that all their directors are off so they can't write a cheque for£7.49 is insulting to say the least.Do they operate like a one person outfit? Do they think I was born yesterday?I am now claiming disbursements due to having a plumber to do what this product was designed and sold to do, they should be ashamed with themselves however unlike many others they have come up against someone who will take this through to it's ultimate conclusion.I demand a full refund and the modest £45+vat I spent on a plumber who confirmed that this product is a waste of your money and I can assure you that the 100% garuantee is quite simply a smokescreen.They have your money and will try anything to get out of refunding you, especially when it comes to plumbers costs if required.I only claim as it is clear that the blockage was a small amount of hair and this product stated it would remove it with 100% garuantee.You can't simply make up the garuantee after the fact so I am sure they will add that your unable to claim any costs that this ridiculously thin liquid did not help remove.Sad to see this review as they have (at first) a very professional and genuinely caring service but this facade falls to display what is more that bad customer service, but a terrible product and people frantically trying to mitigate damages.We'll be assured I will have my bills paid or a day in court it's as simple as that.A huge let down for something which should have done what it said on the carton, this I am sure will be altered given my interactions with the company in question.I am and always am open to a resolution to our disagreement so with that in mind I encourage the company responsible to ensure I get my refund and payment for my plumber, if that happens then I would be happy to change fundimentally this review, it is up to the seller to do what's right, a good word is worth a lot, however a bad review as detailed as this can have a serious effect on sales, I will also review them on various other platforms.The reviewer

Cleans drains, not for serious blockages.

Thought the yellow due to it’s says it’s stronger would work better in our pipes; but some reason it’s not even budged anything with our odd slow draining partially blocked plumbing system (some pretty clever person built it in a wrong angle; so we constantly need to use something on our drains :/)Stick with the black - that one worked with us. Yellow waste of money

I'm a sucker for reading reviews and always concentrating on the negative ones, but I pushed aside the bad ones for this because I'd tried everything I could think of and nothing was working.I know this advertised for inside pipework, but my outside drain was blocked and overran whenever I emptied my kitchen sink, or it simply rained.I'd tried normal bleach, soda, using a trowel to try and get anything out, hand in bin bag trick. Nothing worked and I couldn't get anything out.Arrived yesterday, made sure it wasn't going to rain, poured the entire bottle down and left for nearly three hours. The smell during those three hours was horrific.Ran hot water from my kitchen tap and watched it all fill up again with disappointment - only it reached so high and then that's it. It didn't overflow. Something has given way down there and I kept the tap running and it didn't overflow.I do think there is still some stuff in the pipes so I've ordered another bottle and will leave it over night before flushing.

I have had big trouble with a shared drain in my garden.The last time it was 'rodded' it cost me nearly £130 for my local water board to deal with it.[they fished out nappies, wipes,and ribbons!!! YES THATS RIGHT!!!] So when it started to block recently I dreaded it. I saw this advertised and took a chance----am I glad I did!!The whole drain was cleared overnight and I vowed then that I would not be without it again----and I haven't. . Now I am not professing that it would dilute nappies ,--I don't know-but whatever was down the drain this time went very quickly. People should think twice before clogging up drains with their rubbish---its just not fair at all. This saved me a fortune and is so , so simple to use-but use carefully..Brilliant item- I can thoroughly recommend.
