Hands down the best pill 'keychain' I've ever had or seen
This thing is great, every single part just screams quality. Thick (albeit appropriately so) metal walls with a nice bit of heft and well-machined threads. The o-rings are likewise surprisingly large, stay in place, and seem built to last the duration. Even the carabiner and key ring seem permanently qualified for the job - a pleasant surprise compared to every other pill bottle I've ever had.Having 3 separate compartments is convenient and each one is big enough to house several large pills or quite a few small ones. The body as a whole is just over 3 inches long, with the key ring post it's just about 3.5in - definitely large enough for several days of all your medications and then some. The bottom section is just a tiny bit smaller than the other two, but not enough to make any real difference. You can also leave out the middle section (or potentially add extra sections if you were so inclined) to make a smaller bottle that is very roughly similar to the usual mid-sized bottles you can get at pharmacies and the like.It seems expensive for a pill bottle, but it's very much worth the cost. It's difficult to imagine this thing ever breaking in any way - heck it's barely scratched after weeks of grinding against my keys. Just big enough to handle any size pill (and probably a week's worth of several kinds) and just small enough to fit in your pocket or on your keyring.

Secure!
Squeaks loudly as I twist to close it, but it closes securely. I don't have to worry about losing any pills. I use the carabiner to hang on the metal ring of my crossbody bag and it stays securely. It does flop a little if I walk while wearing the bag, but I could always remove the carabiner and put the container down in the bag if I were ever really concerned. Overall, great product!

Not impressed
Maybe I should have ready the description better. A pill bottle would fit more medications in it and make less notice than this device. No need to separate them if you don’t have the instructions for use memorized and color of pill.

strong key chain ~~ seems to provide a tight seal when screwed together. Holds sufficient # of pills to be helpful. Would purchase again.
