Great game
Great game for kids.. I bought this for my son who was 5 at the time and he loves it and helps him to learn his maths sums. He loves that on the back of the cards you can rub the stars with your finger and it magically reveals the answer. I would definitely recommend.

A nice little game to add to my collection for my grandchildren
As I have previously said, orchard games seem to have gone up in price of late, which is a real shame. My grandson loves this game. He identifies with the different ingredients of the spells and loves the pictures. We are just doing the adding at the moment and will progress to subtraction, multiplication as he gets older. Just getting him used to his sums is nice for him, it's educational and fun at the same time

Maths & gross ingredients!
Another fab mathmatician game. Choose a card and try to answer the sum, when you have your answer you rub (or hold the black star against your warm forehead) until the correct answer is revealed. If you answered correctly you can choose the token with the same number on and see what ingredient you have won for your potion. Easy to use, sometimes it takes a while for the black star to heat up enough to show the answer. Good price as the children love it. Comes packaged in a lovely box like all orchard toys.

Simple, but fun and educational…
To be honest, anything from Orchard Toys gets my vote. They create amazing games that you can play with your kids that are not only fun, but also educational as well. Both me and my daughter love their games, and she finds them hugely educational as well. They're simple games usually, but I find that they're also really helpful in her growth. I cannot recommend this highly enough, or anything from Orchard Toys really.
