Eh—Wouldn't Purchase Again
I used these to tint my Mercedes-Benz CLA250, and sure they made the job much easier, they also warped and weren't stiff enough to get into where I needed (lol heh, no pun intended).Green one– has the equivalent of a non scratch scotchbrite scrub pad on it, it's held in place by the stiff side of Velcro. You can easily buy 3M Velcro and attach it to a spatula bought at a thrift store and achieve the same ease cleaning the windows and copper defrost lines.Black one– didn't need it once, it's not no protective edge, just hard sharp/angled plastic. It would've scratched the tint I was applying. Even harder than using a credit card against the tint to remove bubbles (the OG way). I had to buy a heavy duty squeegee for this.White one– I did use this, as much as the green one, but it didn't hold up at all. The rubber was too soft and started rubbing off from the friction/heat of going over the tint. Even with me spraying water with baby shampoo for lube. The heavy duty squeegee replaced the need for this tool too.All in all, I wouldn't purchase these 3 tools again. I'd get a durable strong squeegee, regular Velcro aka "hook and loop," making sure it's got the 3M adhesive on the back, and isn't the "outdoor strong" variety. Use some rubbing alcohol already in the house on whatever plastic spatula/tool so the Velcro sticks good, and press a ScotchBrite scrubber (blue, not green) to it. Seems like a lot of work, but ALL of what I mentioned is here on Amazon.
