## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it possible to get a replaceable basket?**
A: I doubt it. I opened my box after the 30 day return period to discover a problem with a basket. They would not replace it. If you need to get one immediately after receipt, they will exchange the entire item. It's a cheap Chinese product, so don't expect much.

You'll get what you paid for

*by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on 7 September 2024*

This was an easy to understand and simple to build product. It's solid, has plenty of space for clothes, and the bags are easy to remove and put back. But remember, as with many other products of similarity, when you pay a cheaper price you will get cheaper materials, which hasn't been a problem at all. Overall, you'll get what you paid for. I recommend this if you want a good looking and useful laundry hamper on a budget.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Easy to Assemble

*by Q***C on Reviewed in the United States on 12 August 2023*

Instructions were pretty straightforward. Was able to assemble in about an hour but was having bubbles and watching Endgame. Tools were good. The only thing that didn't work was the Allen wrench on the wood screws. Had to use a Phillips screwdriver to get them in. Perfect fit for a small space.
