Thus was a repeat purchase. Or to be more exact to buy a broken part to the best coffee machine I've ever had. Brilliant service easy to get parts. You have to try this.

i purchased this spare bottom glass for my coffee syphon vac after the original cracked when making coffee..this bottom glass seems to take much longer than the original to get the water up to the desired temperature when making coffee..i believe the quality of the pyrex in this one is not as good as that in the original, it does however get the water up to desired temperature but just does it more slowly..despite the slight disappointment it is still very good value for money compared with other spare bottom glass ..d.wilson..

It is what it is, but beware of you're buying it to replace another because they haven't given measurements for the important stuff, such as seal diameter or 'stalk' length. I got it and it doesn't fit my version by a few millimetres so I can't use it ( ;_;*). It would be nice to have the measurements on the description as if they're there I didn't find them.

A good robust spare, just as robust as the last one which we broke after a year of careful use but given that care we're not quite sure how we did it! Hence only four stars. Our fault or just the cost of daily use for a year? Makes good, consistent quality coffee though.

very good value for money 'top globe' for syphon vac coffee maker...this globe is of equal quality to the one that came with my original syphon vac..the pyrex glass keeps the water hot as the coffee is extracted from the grinds..i would recommend this product based on the reasonable price...

same as the one that comes in the kit. Got it to have a spare on hand just in case.

Good product but me and glass......

Useful. Wanted it as replacement for the wick in the Hario syphon. Plastic cover a bit too big but managed to replace it with old one.
