Less bloating, less cramps.
This is supposed to strengthen the gut muscle wall and hopefully make it less leaky. I can tolerate small amounts of gluten and haven't had cramps since taking this.

Unsure it really works
I've read that glutamine is supposed to help with muscle recovery, gut health, and immune support, which is why I decided to give this supplement a try. The tablets are a good size and don't have an aftertaste, so they're easy to take. However, I'm not sure if it's making much of a difference. My recovery time feels about the same, and I can't say I've noticed any obvious changes in my energy or health. Maybe the effects are more subtle, or maybe it's not something I really needed in the first place. If you're already getting enough protein from your diet, this might not be essential.

Good quality
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that there are no unnecessary additives. They fit seamlessly into my daily routine, whether I take them in the morning or after a workout. The only downside is that they’re a bit pricey compared to other brands I’ve tried.

Good value with good results
So, having started back with fitness and an improved diet, I was looking for a supplement to aid what has been a long-standing G.I issue, which namely comes in the form of bloating and excessive wind. These tablets from Nutri Advanced looked to offer some help in that department and what is an even bigger bonus is that they also assist with fuel for your muscles to act as a post workout recovery and to promote growth. In the pack you get a total of 90 tablets, which depending on how many you take per day (two tablets, one-three times a day), they will last you anywhere between 15 to 45 days.As with any medication, adding something new to your routine is best advised to do gradually, so I started with taking just two tablets once a day and then increased to once in the morning and once in the evening. As a result, I did not experience any side effects, which is great. In addition, I haven’t had any reflux or aftertaste after taking these tablets. One great thing about this supplement is that they are suitable for vegetarians/vegans, which is fantastic for me, being vegetarian, as a lot of supplements contain fish products, which means that I cannot use them.So to the all important question. Do they work? Well usually, I would say that I don’t tend to notice too much on any health benefits from taking supplements and largely just hope that if nothing else they are doing some good internally, even if it is without me knowing. However, with these, I can honestly say that I have notice a difference with my G.I symptoms, which have improved a fair bit, as I don’t get nearly anywhere as much bloating as I did previously. I am not sure if this is the sole result of taking these tablets or in combination with my new healthy diet, but either way I am very happy that I have seen a difference. As for any effects on muscles, on this side of things I cannot say that I have noticed anything, but then, it is relatively early days for my strength/resistance training, so maybe this will be something that improves over time.I am very pleased with the results so far and albeit depending on how many tablets you take per day, these can work out a little bit expensive at almost £25 per pack, which you could end up paying every month if you take the high strength dose. However, I happen to think that it is money well spent to get the results you are looking for, like I have so far. Maybe over time, you can reduce your intake, but for now, I am happy to stick with them whilst they work.Overall, I think that this is a very good product that works very efficiently and effectively and would very much recommend them to anyone with similar symptoms to mine.

Supplement beneficial in cases of injury or disease
Since my bowels have rather erratic movements, I obtained this opaque white tub of 90 L-Glutamine capsules by Nutri Advanced which has 500 mg of L-Glutamine and 10 mg of L-Methionine per capsule. It was sealed on the outside with a white plastic ring but had no seal inside. A seal would probably be superfluous as the plastic ring prevents any entrance of air. An expiry date is printed on the side of the tub which, in my case, gave a useful life of 25 months. There are no logos or seals to show any third-party certification.I have been taking these for about a week and have not noticed any adverse or positive effects although the story may change after longer use.L-Glutamine is an amino acid found in the body and in foods, particularly in animal products. It is also the most common amino acid found in the blood. It plays a crucial role in the immune system and in intestinal health. Most people, as long as not suffering from illness and injury, who consume a diet with sufficient protein do not need this supplement. However, many athletes believe that it aids with muscle recovery after exercise, although the scientific evidence supporting this is scant.L-Methionine is an important amino-acid but allegedly does not amplify the effects of L-Glutamine. The body does not produce it but it is available in animal- and plant-based food. It is supposed to have various benefits although scientific studies conflict in their findings. It is important to note that its consumption may not be safe for certain groups of people including those suffering from severe liver disease although, paradoxically, in other groups it is supposed to promote liver health. I think that a potential customer would be well-advised to do their research. There is no recommended daily dose and so the small amount in each capsule of this supplement should be safe.I am rather puzzled about the instructions given for consuming these capsules since the daily dosage would vary considerably from the minimum of two capsules once daily to the maximum of six capsules daily. In my research, I have been unable to find any reason for such variation. So, in the case of a new consumer of this supplement, I would err on the side of caution and start with the minimal dose which would last 45 days. The additives Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate are considered safe as is Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (hpmc). This supplement is not normally needed in the case of good health and a balanced diet. However, it may be beneficial when these conditions do not apply, although I find the dosage instructions puzzling and the price expensive. 3 stars.
