Worst product ever bought from amazon. The unit itself gets so hot all round its unit and if you accidentally happen to touch you will get your hand burn when lifting its lid for loading chapati. So beware buyers. Why does amazon allow to sell this product which is beyond health and safety.

The delivery was very quick. The item was exactly what I ordered. I have used the product three times to make my roti and it is very good quality.

Waist of money

its fine for what you pay for. Too expensive for what you do. It's rubbish product don't buy it waste of hard earned money.

Ma première grosse déception auprès d'Amazon, du fait de la très mauvaise qualité du produit.Colis arrivé avec énormément de retard dans un emballage peu professionnel ...La qualité de cette marque made in India ne semble pas du tout conforme à la norme européenne; la prise ne correspond pas ( il faudrait acheter un adaptateur pour une utilisation en France), le packaging n'apporte aucune information réglementaire ni instructions, le produit semble fragile et prêt à se décomposer lorsque l'on essaye de le manipuler avant même toute utilisation.Résultat : produit jetté sans avoir été utilisé.

Product didn't work, requested for return, which costed me SGD57.. Which is more than half of what I paid for the product in the first place! Absolutely ridiculous! Very disappointed, just hope I get my money back!
