This detox is a slow burn. I didn't feel it working until day 4 than bam I had horrible stinky gas followed by a toilet visits. It's an ok detox, it's important to eat on the detox because u would find yourself filled with gas and nothing to come out. Eat a balanced meal and take the tea it does work that way.

I was sceptical upon purchase but can honestly say I LOVE this tea! It takes lovely (very like cherry bakewell) and within a few days I felt less bloated and feel it was helping curb my appetite. I personally lost 5 pounds the first week but can’t claim it will do that for everyone. It IS delicious and is very easy to drink 2 cups per day. And doesn’t give you jitters like coffee or regular tea. I will definitely be buying again.

Love this tea - pleasant tasting, no laxative effect and I lost 1.5kgs in 3 days after being mindful of my portions and upped my water intake. Didn't feel any adverse effects and will carry on with it as long as my will power allows.

Didn't like the taste and it gave me some tummy problems, that may be how you detox??

I love this tea, I have been drinking it for about a week now about twice a day and have already seen some differences. There are no nasty side effects and if I do feel nauseous the tea tends to calm my stomach. I can see a definite impact on how bloated I am after drinking the tea and it wakes me up without any caffeine or sugary drinks. I've cut out caffeine and it's great. Although it does kind of look like dish water, it smells amazing and tastes really nice which is great. Especially seen as I hate green tea or tea without milk. About to have my first cup of the day. Yay!

Tastes better than others I've brought,has a fruity after taste and it came with a tea strainer which is really handy,I'm only half way through the detox and I can definitely see a change! Its curbs your hunger as well and is nice to drink first thing on the morning,definitely buying this again.

I've been taking it for a week and I can certainly say it has kerbed my appetite and I am eating less.I've lost 3lb and am looking forward to finishing the course.I'm intrigued to know what happens after the course as I am enjoying the taste of the tea!
