Put on new phone, within 10 hours dropped my phone from a short height and the screen has smashed from the supposedly protected corner. May as well have not had the case on it.Edit: I was contacted by Anker customer service who immediately refunded me the cost of the case. Obviously this doesn’t fix the screen issue I now have which will cost much more to fix, but I did appreciate the gesture and the customer service is very speedy and proactive. They also offered me £10 towards another anker product which I am putting towards a soundcore mini speaker, an awesome product that I have tried from them in the past.I still wouldn’t recommend this product to protect a phone, but if you like the way it looks it would be fine to protect your phone from superficial scratches. You could definitely fit a glass screen protector under the case which I didn’t based on other reviews. I think if I had applied a glass screen protector in addition it may have reduced the damage to the phone a little. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Does a good job but screen protector lets it down! *by L***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2019* I’m adding an update to my previous review in which I sang the praises of this case and Anker products in general. I still believe this is a good protective case but have been disappointed with the screen protector which after a few weeks has become badly scratched and a large bubble has appeared! It does a good job, of course, and will be fine for some who don’t mind scratches and bubbles on their protector in the knowledge that their phone is being kept in pristine condition. But I’m not one of them! I’ve now bought some tempered glass protectors which, frankly, look and feel so much nicer. I’ve had to get another case to enable me to use these as they won’t work with the Anker case and I’m not too sure about cutting and removing the existing protector. What a pity the Anker products don’t come with better glass screen protectors as it makes so much sense to buy an ‘all in one’ protection for the phone, even if a decent quality screen protector means a price increase.
