I suffer from acid reflux especially after eating certain foods and drinking certain juices. I find these work really fast and the relief lasts a long time, just suck, chew and swallow and jobs a good un'. The white minty side tastes good but the pink side is definitely an acquired taste. It is a staple in our medicine cupboard. Has a long best before date. Delivery was quick and the price was OK but it can be found cheaper at other places but as an emergency need this is my go to place.
