Tranquileyes Instants - Reusable Gel Moist Heated Eye Pack (x1 Goggles)

I bought this system to use for dry eye at night caused by Bells Palsy, which also means I can't close my eye properly. I haven't used the heating gel as I don't need it. I just soak the little white thermopads in warm water before going to bed and put them in the goggles, put Lacrilube in my eye and put the goggles on. The moulded shape keeps my eyes protected and the area around them damp so they don't dry out overnight, and keeps the light out, aiding sleep. The clips on the strap to hold the goggles on the head are a bit flimsy, but I have been using them nightly for 2 months now and they haven't broken yet. It's not the most comfortable thing in the world, but is a lot more so than taping an eye closed or using the "moisture pouch" provided by the hospital which was clear, hard and stuck on with elastoplast type sticky fabric. I can't find anything else that looks as though it would work any better or be more comfortable.

Help tremendously with severe dry eyes - help prevent problems by protecting and keeping the eye area moist when sleeping. Comfortable and a real Godsend - have been using for years - highly recommended
