I put on another one and had an adhesive reaction. This causes me to have significant back pain. On the advice of my SIL in Iceland, I ordered these patches and tried them. I wasn't really expecting them to work considering that there is no medication involved. The first few hours I didn't notice much difference, but gradually I became aware that my pain had lessened. The next day it was gone altogether. The patch stayed on very well the first four days (even during showering), but on the fifth day it began to roll a bit. The pain relieving effects continued throughout the entire five days and even lasted through another day without it.
