They offer lighting from typical yellow colour you get from halogen lights right through to bright white. I have them working with my Philips Hue lighting system, but if you plan to use them as I do then you need to ensure they run the latest firmware (you will need the osram hub to update them to update the firmware). If you either have a full lightify system then they are great, if you want to use them as I have with Hue then just be prepared for a little bit of work on the firmware and be aware that their is no guarantee Philips will always support them - but on the deals they do work out a lot cheaper than Philips. ### ⭐⭐ Good while they last *by J***X on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 December 2019* The bulbs were great while they lastes... I bought 6 of these originaly, after a little over 12 months I only have 1 bulb that works. They start off flickering or losing their brightness and eventually stop working altogether. They are low cost smart bulbs for sure, but don't represent good value for money in my opinion if you've gotta replace them all after a year. For now I've gone for dumb LED bulbs which seem to have a better mean time to failure. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lovely light, simple setup but horribly noisy *by J***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 August 2016* This bulb being the only E14 that seems to be available on the market was the perfect choice for our bedside lamps. Allowing me to include them in my increasing inventory of connected bulbs, the rest being phillips hue. I was a little dubious buying a seperate manufacturer with all the recent nonsense around interoperability but was pleased to find that the bulb just worked with my Hue gateway.The light the bulb emits is lovely, being tunable I can create different white scenes from a good light to read with to a more relaxed ambiance.The downfall of the bulb for me, and its a major one is that the bulb seems noisy. It emits a high pitched whine that some power supplies also emit. The tone of the noise varies dependant upon the tone of the colour but never seems to go away. Whether I got a faulty bulb or not someone may be able to confirm? Disappointed as I don't really want to buy any more just in case they are all noisy.Edit: I sent the original bulb back and the replacement is much quieter.
