Don't bother wasting money
After researching the active ingredients of this product, I expected it to aid my depression/low mood. Sorry to say, waste of money and time.

one side effect they do make you drowsy go for the lower mg.
i have left feedback on these great supplements before but i have to say, if you have not had the 200 mg before be warned they do make you drowsy as it says, last time i had just 100 mg, this time 200 mg, mistake for me they are strong ! i find they make me very dizzy so will have to go for the lower mg.
