A good pair of nonstick, very good value tins, just annoying that compared with my old "7 inch" tins, they are slightly smaller so the 3 egg sponge is also slightly smaller, although a bit higher!To explain, exact internal diameter of my old 7 inch tins: 7 and a quarter " (18 cm), new tin exact internal diameter is 6 and a fifth " (17 and a half cm! ) Obviously this makes an overall difference and is slighly annoying. At least it means the new tins sit inside my old ones to save space......

Much prefer fixed base cake pans - I find as long as you grease them well there is no problem getting your cakes out with no need for parchment paper, removeable rings etc etc. This pair are fab value for money, made lovely sponges that browned evenly and were quick and easy to clean. Be aware the 7 inch is quite a small size and you may find you have excess batter with many modern recipes. Can't fault them at this price though.

These cake tins are a lovely size! Ive just made a 4 layer cake for a friend's birthday, and these cake tins made baking and removing the layers so easy!They're easy to clean, and don't take up much room. They're the perfect size if you're making a cake for 1-6 people (e.g. for a gift that 1 person could eat over a few days).

I usually buy my cookware in actual shops but in this case was having trouble finding 7" fixed base sandwich tins so ended up on Amazon where I think you can buy anything you need. Very good quality just need the usual baking parchment liner and the cakes slide out with no sticking. Am very happy with my purchase & would recommend them.

These trays serve the purpose for what I wanted, but they are quite small and shallow. They are very easy to clean and whilst I don't use it for baking cakes, I can see that 2 would not be sufficient for a normal cake recipe.

I did not think you could buy such special cake tins as I have tried other places and they do not come up to scratch

These are nice baking tins. My wife uses them for her Victoria sponges and they work fine. The cake is always nice and light. Since I wash them they are easy to wash and have survived being used once every two weeks since they were purchased with no apparent damage.

i bought these to make yorkshire puddings in, they are excellent, just the right size for what i wanted. They don't warp in the oven and my yorkshires didn't stick!
