I will be quite honest, at first I thought that it was fake because it seemed not to have a "memory" and kept changing modes. But it is NOT a fake, it is genuine. I sorted out the different modes and it is perfect. There were no instructions in the box at all!! You select the mode you want and leave it lit for about 5 seconds, then turn it of for about 5 seconds and it remembers your selection and it it fine. This is a GOOD flashlight. Thank You.

Nice cheap torch seems to put out a lot of light like the zoom function looks like it's got several modes nice touch would liked a pouch for it as package but aside from that pretty good so far. can't comment on its long term use. Not had it long but seems study built well enough mentioned before. The charger doesn't tell you when it's fully charged or I haven't left it charging long enough maybe ?had it on for a hourArrived on time package and as advertised by the seller all in all give it a thumbs up

Bright enough to act as landing guidance for invaders from Mars. Only two drawbacks so far. First is that you have to cycle through all five of the light modes if you want the torch to come back on with full beam next time you use it, otherwise it will just move to whatever the next mode is. It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice if it would come back on full beam each time by default. Any neighbours dazzled by the torch as I go out to see to feral cat food at night probably think I'm following some nightly ritual of blinding bystanders, then going down a hole with the torch (lower beam and even lower beam settings) then coming back up to have a disco (strobe setting) then falling back down the hole (SOS setting). Apart from that, very good and really bright. Second thing was that I had a faulty charger and plug with one torch and a suspect plug with the other. Both replaced without any trouble by the seller, so top marks for that. Comes with two rechargeable batteries and a cradle for three AA batteries, so you have a choice.

Delivery was fast and the torch and accessories were well packaged and as described.We bought this torch in particular as it has a feature to focus the beam either in a spot or at a wide angle and we wanted to use it to illuminate unlit country lanes which we go walking down on an evening.It is perfect for this as it has multiple brigtness settings at the push of a button on the end and you focus the beam to the size you want by moving the lens in or out. Rechargeable battery life is excellent as we have charged it once when new and go for a 30 minute walk down the lanes after work and it has lasted well over a week so far ! Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace a stolen mini maglite led pro.Comes with everything you need.Not sure if it's 1000 lumens but it's way brighter than the 272 lumen mag (the cree website does say a T6 led will do 1000 lumens if you can get 10w to it). Good range on the zoom and the flood setting is great you can even hang it in your tent and use like a light bulb.Battery life acceptable and chargers work fine although a bit flimsy but hey for 17quid for the lot that's no issue.Only real niggle as mentioned by other reviewers is the modes cycle as you switch the torch on and off (i the next time you use it it's on the next mode)Can't really comment on durability yet but the torch itself seems well made and still works fine after 6 months .Just bought a second one

So far so good, charged both batteries up ok, now the test will be to see how long they last as I've only just got it. Came in nice padded protective box, torch is wee bit heavier than expected but nice weight to it and well made. When first switch on it starts in high power beam working down through, medium, low, flashing and SOS modes. You can switch off in any mode, leave for five or more seconds and when switch on again it will start in high power mode..if switch on sooner it may start in next mode to last one used. Torch is really bright over longer distances when zoomed in and covers my garden easily on the wide mode. Great for when out walking dog on poorly lit footpaths, very happy to recommend this torch in all respects.

This torch is great, powerful and compact, and is the second I've bought.2 things I want to point out; 1 is the amazing customer service, their efforts in trying to resolve a problem were outstanding.2 - if you think it isn't working when you get it, try turning the battery round - I thought mine was faulty, but the batteries' positive and negative ends look like the negative and positive ends, if you get my meaning. Hence the great customer relations in trying to resolve my issue - the never once pointed out that I'm a compete idiot :-)This is the second I've bought, and I'd have no hesitation buying a third if / when I need one

I cannot give a full review as this was purchased for a Christmas Present for our Grandson but it looks good and the torch was very bright. Cannot yet say whether battery life will be good but having the option of rechargeable was good.
