Q: Will it ruin your wall when you peel off?

That would depend on how how adhere them to the wall. I use command strips. They don't damage the wall at all. Hope this helps.

Q: Would these block the noise of a treadmill motor or running from being heard in the next room?

Doubtful. These are designed to minimize some noise that bounces off the walls, but not block noise. The thump, thump, thump noise of someone walking on a treadmill will most likely still be heard. Sorry.

Q: Does the order come with 6 panels or 6 strip?

I think you get 36 individual pieces that you fold into triangles. you then have strong double sided tape to fasten them to whatever you want. This way you can make 2 squares or maybe a longer panel but not as high.
