My only issue with them is that they should come in different sizes. As I have so much access after I tighten them .. But definitely does what it is supposed to do

I really wanted to like these bands and this brand. Unfortunately it is not easy to use, all instructional videos online seem to be for a different model than this, the buckle is really big which means it gets in the way of movements, and the website link given with the product doesn't work so no further instructions or ebook are available even though the packaging on the product says they're available at the link given. :(

When you cinch these up on you arm, they painfully pinch the skin causing petechial bruises on my armsHaving read the scientific literature, it seems that blood flow restriction training requires an squeezing pressure of between 40-80% of one’s absolute occlusion pressure to be optimally effective and this varies from hour to hour, day to day., person to person. There is no way of ascertaining that pressure with these bands - it’s pure guess work. The ‘seven out of ten pressure one feels’ as suggested in the enclosed leaflet is so vague as they are totally subjective and meaningless; ‘ten’ and ‘seven’ for me maybe be very different to the next person.These are essentially a novelty and if you’re serious about blood flow modification training (a better term), then you’re going to have to invest in some far more expensive equipment.

As brilliant as it is simple. The pump you get in your arms and legs is incredible

No complaints really - Easy to set the tightness in small increments (with numbers, so you can be consistent with tightness each time), good quality & comfortable fabric.I also find the straps useful for other applications - e.g. I use the leg BFR bands for helping to hold my legs down during leg extensions, if my forearms & hands are already fatigued from previous grip-intensive training.

Link to instructions doesn't work. Figured out how to tighten but very difficult to get tight enough on arm because of the elasticity. Disappointing, unlikely to continue using.
