My seat ibiza 1.2tdi 2011 model has the egr valve stuck open.. will this fix the problem?

It should most definitly. If it is just a sticky valve then yes. This stuff is brilliant. Follow instructions to a tee, and don't worry if the engine chokes or makes weird noise during application. It's normal. All the best

Could this damage the intercooler if sprayed into the inlet / MAF sensors?

This EGR cleaner won’t damage intercooler ( or hoses) providing you only spray in 1or 2 seconds at a time ,can spray in a few times providing you wait for engine revs to settle before next 1or 2 seconds spray. Best way is to remove MAF and clean off car.

Will this work on a range rover sport v6

It should work on all diesel engines. However, if the fault/problem still persists, there may be a more serious problem with your EGR valve. The roller bearing had dropped out of mine, so it was a 'hard mechanical fault'. This cleaner may help, temporarily.
