The media could not be loaded.  Great product, easy to use, takes great footage of all my car journeys.Feel more comfortable that when someone messes around me while I'm driving that I have evidence to prove whose in the wrong, audio recording, GPS tracking and speed camera/limit warnings all an added bonus on top of a superb product.Does need to be kept plugged into the charger while in use as only seems to have about 30-40mins of battery life.Highly recommend this product.

Product very good fitted in my Toyota Verso without problems, only problem was delivery took nearly two months..

Been using this for almost a week. My insurer said they will do a discount so eventually this will repay the initial outlay. It's simple to use, the 5 minute loop is a little worrying but the set up is easy, it fits well and works well in fairly low light conditions.

An excellent idea, pity it has problems. There is not enough adjustment on the lens so its not possible to record what's happening on the right hand side without offsetting the mirror. However I found the biggest problem to be the viewer software downloadable from the Proofcam website. There are two versions, one for a 64 bit system and one for a 32 bit system. Mine is a 64 bit system but that software just didn't work. The 32 bit software wouldn't work from the SD card, but it did display records copied to the computer hard drive. However the map only shows the GPS location at the start of each recorded segment and if you switch to full screen video or map there is no way back. Assuming the problem could be me I contacted Proofcam support by e mail. The reply was not very helpful and subsequent e mail have not been answered. I'm returning the item.

Good bit of kit, needs resetting every now and then but doesn't affect recorded videos. Battery life could be better.

Good idea, poorly executed. The lens is located on the wrong side of the mirror housing and is biased for left hand drive cars (this is basically a generic Chinese product),hence, for many RHD cars, given the limited swivel adjust-ability of the lens,the coverage to the right will be reduced, missing a large portion of the opposite carriageway and any T-junctions, roundabouts etc,where any potential incident/threat could occur. ironically the area that may not be covered is the offside front quarter, the area that is also most likely to be struck by an oncoming vehicle! There is also a chance that the lens will be obstructed to the right by the mirror/windscreen interface particularly if your car has a wide mount, as a lot of modern cars have (to accommodate rain sensors etc). Also, for some inexplicable reason the device does not come with a 90 degree mount cable,and this could provide an additional and unnecessary headache when installing. Finally, check that this will actually install in your car without fouling the sun visors. This has the potential to be a very good, useful product, but sadly without a dedicated right hand drive version, it will never reach its full potential. I strongly urge would be purchasers to try before buying.

Everyone should have one of these, specially nowadays where good manners and good driving seems to have gone out of the window.Easy to use, fits on rear view mirror out of the way fairly unobtrusively. Get one and drive safe and better.

A good range of facilities and seems to be excellent quality. Saw it on a friend's car and was impressed. Even better on my own car!
