It does add a fair amount of size to the Mac, and it makes it look like a satellite laptop out of a sci-fi film, but I personally think it looks pretty ace. If you're going to blow 2g+ on a machine, don't wait for it to dent or scratch, because it will. I took the scratch resistant plastic off, because I have a carbon fibre vinyl on mine, which looks pretty killer.
