Great unit & great seller
This unit is a cost-effective way of joining the current trend to use hygienic & convenient Eastern toilet technology. Toilets in Japan and Korea now normally have this technology and using this system has become a growing trend in the West. Can you put a price on feeling clean? It's possible to pay in excess of £7000 for a toilet with this system integrated, Flory makes it possible to add it to an existing WC pedestal for a few £hundred.I found the seller to be very helpful in answering all my questions and the package arrived very quickly. The unit comes with a UK 13 amp moulded plug attached and it also has an in-line RCD. The Tee-piece linking the water supply to the unit is standard half-inch BSP and screws straight into normal UK pipe fittings without any modification. Fitting was straightforward & quick. The unit functions well and has many options. It's a Green device saving water and trees (i.e. the thousands of gallons of water & thousands of trees used to make toilet paper), has many power saving features and a low standby usage of electricity.I would recommend this product and this company to anyone. I have also recommended it to elderly relatives as it would definitely make issues of infirmity less troublesome.'Bottom' line:- having used this for over a month, we wouldn't go back.

Don't Buy!!!, Seats Crack in 7 months to 14 months, internal components fail
Hi, I have never spent time in writing reviews. But in this case as i lost my money. Thought if i write a review may be that will help others. I had purchased 2 toilet seats FDB600 and FDB300. First 3 images are when both of them developed cracks for first time with in 7 months. As both seats had cracked may be i should have taken a full refund, but the seller convinced me its rare and they will replace the seat. I agreed for replacement as installation itself cost lot of money. Buying another brand would have been more complicated for me. With in next few months one of the replaced seat internal component failed. Again as it was still under warranty they sent another replacement, and i end up again spending money for the installation. This time unfortunately for me the replaced seats survived just few days over 1 year and now i have been told. if i want i can buy new one. Overall if i include the installation cost i have spent around £1000. which are now of no use . These are all china made, which are obviously not good quality. It is far better to buy branded seats . Save your money

Good at first but...
Initially this worked very well and is good value for money however...After some time the water heater stopped working and soon after the soft close seat failed. Worst of all the hose that supplies the unit became brittle and split flooding the bathroom. Not impressed.

So far so good. Looks smart and works as intended
Some points about this Flory electric bidet.First thing is I wish I had changed the pan at the same time as the "hump" at the rear of this seat does reduce the actual seat length by a small amount.. I bought the one that fitted my toilet pan and while perfectly suitable I would have preferred a bit longer seat. My fault as the size guide given fitted my standard pan perfectly.Fitting is very simple taking maybe 10 minutes (once you have the water and electricity sorted) and the only difficulty is the electric wire which needs to be run across the seat to allow the seat to slide onto the base screwed to the pan. Providing the water & electric supply was a bit more of a problem for me but not insurmountable, just took me a long time as I had no suitable power supply nearby. The actual seat seems fine. It works as expected and looks very smart. Only time will tell if it is durable!Short addittional comment after about 3 months. Seat is very good but developed a fault with the water heater recently. I was a bit concerned as the seat came from Chine but their CS was superb. Emails were replied to within minutes and without argument a replacement seat was arranged with delivery in a couiple of days. If only all CS was as good as this!

Really good - but how long will it last?
I bought one of these. Only the 600 version has the "automatic" button which washes then dries. With the 300 you have to press wash, then press dry. There are other differences, but that's the main one!Buy the "normal" version. The elongated version doesn't fit any toilet known to humanity, as far as I can see.Its water connects using an adapter where the cold feed goes into the cistern, so should be easy, though I fitted a "flexible tap tail" connector to make it super easy.It needs a mains supply as well. In my downstairs cloakroom, that's no problem, but in a room with a shower or bath, you need to have it wired in properly: you can't use a 13A socket in a bathroom or shower room. This was so impressive that after a few months I bought a second one. That is still working just fine, but the first one started to run out of hot when still washing your bum, then last month it decided to only wash using cold water. That's not nice!Luckily, it was still one month inside the end of the two year warranty. I got in touch with the seller through Amazon. They said not to worry: they would send a "new heater" (presumably a heating element I can fit). After a couple of weeks I asked where it was. They said it was coming from China. Not to worry.Let's hope it arrives before the guarantee runs out, and I can fit the part. And let's hope it lasts a bit longer next time,
