Promising so far...
I am sure that this works but I have only tried it three times but I feel the better for it. As recommended I drank it after meals and it helped reduce that 'full feeling' even although I do not eat large portions. Where it definitely worked for me was that it helped me to drift off to sleep quickly. I was apprehensive about the taste but was pleasantly surprised. The flavour is unusual but not distasteful. Once I have taken the full course more feedby then.
