Although FlexFixx is designed for many uses I have been using the peanut massage ball to relieve stiffness and pain caused by Fibromyalgia in my neck and upper back muscles. I have been using this daily for a week and have noticed less pain and tension in these areas. The Peanut balls are great for supporting you lower back whilst sitting in a chair to improve posture. The product come beautifully packed with user guide on how to use the balls. Made from superior quality material that will last forever. This product will make an excellent gift.

Great set of Trigger Point ball and peanut. Was really impressed with the quality and durability of these and think they will last me a long time....even with the abuse they may get! I'm a cyclist and often get knots and stiff muscles in quads and gluts and find these really helpful, especially when I use them on the floor as this allows me to get very direct pressure where needed. Would highly recommend to other cyclists gym bunnys!Thanks

Super impressed with the quality of this set. Perfect size, great texture and most importantly, nice and firm. Lovely presentation in a drawstring mesh bag with a nice (and very extensive) user guide. I'm going to get a lot of use out of these and now I can be confident that I'm using them properly. It takes a little while to get the hang of using the peanut and massage ball - but with a bit of practice they're fantastic at getting rid of tightness in muscles around your spine. The ball is great for glutes and shoulders, overall they've been great and a definite must if you workout a lot or suffer with regular muscle tightness.

Really useful definitely help ease saw back and neck muscles.
