The roller is great. I have been using it at least once a day, every day for over a week. I probably use it 3-4 times a day. No signs of wear. It has made a very noticeable difference to my muscle pain and the tendency for my muscles to freeze after hardly any activity. I use it on my glutes, for my piriformis syndrome, on my thighs, and side of my thighs. All works well. Instructions are short but useful. I have had to keep on using it though - piriformis syndrome hasn't magically disappeared. After run quads still hurt. Roller seems sturdy and is small enough to keep handy.The balls are good, especially the spikey one. I sleep on it to stop my muscle reverting to stressed state overnight! The shiny one has a tendency to slip out all the time, you have to hold it in place. Quite fiddly. They do squash though! You have to let them reshape sometimes.The band has been useful for hamstrings and weak shoulder. Not overly strong, not a workout, but has made a difference, especially to shoulder motility. In just over a week, that's not bad.Bag and box handy to keep it all in one place. I should have maybe gone for a package that had a stick roller too, but as I use all parts of this set all the time, I am very happy with this product.

Super Seedy delivery, it arrived the next day after ordering.Im a runner with a massive need for foam rollers and cant recommend this product enough!Ive been using this product for a few weeks and wanted to give it a good testing period before leaving a review.Previously I have bought a few Foam rollers because they were cheap but Ive always regretted it as the build quality reflected the price but this set was a little bit more than Ive paid before but was well worth the Money. Not only do you get a Foam roller that feels like one of the High End and very expensive Foam Rollers but you also get 2 Massage balls which really get to those hard to reach knots which need a more pinpointed and intense massage (no pain, no gain ;-) ). Also included in the pack was a resistance band which I didn't think Id use but was surprised when referencing the included booklet and that has helped me loosen up after my long runs and just include the stretches in my daily Foam Rolling session and worth taken a little extra time to include this.All in all I will recommend this product and the seller as both have earned the 5 Stars!

What a superb set of sports therapy equipment. The diagrams and instructions which come supplied (very thoughtful) are really useful. It's also really handy that you can store the smaller items inside the foam roller so you can take it all with you. Another helpful touch is the fact that it all come supplied in a very handy carrybag. The build quality and styling of the items is brilliant and after only using the items a couple of times I can already feel the benefits. I look forward to these items soothing my aches for many years to come!

Okay the Foam Massage Roller was definitely the best thing in the set because when I used it on my lower back it cracked my vertebrae and relieved pressure from my back so thumbs up. The Resistance band was very good for stretching and for therapy. The massage balls are also good especially for the chest therefore this is a pretty amazing set, I would recommend to a friend and buy again.

Great value for money.High quality material in the products.Liquid in the balls to either freeze or heat which is genius.The resistance band you can alter the tension on it since it has individual spaces and is not one whole band.Each space is numbered and has a diagram of an excercise on it which is very helpful for a noviceDelivery was next day which was excellent.The product comes with helpful instructions for each product which is great if you've never used any of the items before.Would highly recommend this product.

The foam roller is not so great. It's not convinient to use. All the other parts are great.

Been using just over 2 months and the product has cracked in 4 places being using the product as shown and just crapped when rolling out my back which I think is unacceptable for this product

The set arrived very quickly! Next day as Amazon offered it for free.The set is brilliant, such a good price and great quality item.The free exercises are useful and have been really informative for both myself and partner, who exercise regularly and can get tight muscles.My partner is around 17st and feels as though the roller is strong enough to support his weight which is brilliant.
