Very comfortable item, arrived on time but in no packaging, so anyone could have just opened the box and took item out. Belt supports lower back very well in all that I do around the house and at work. I also find it supportive and comfortable when driving. I have had lower back issues for years and found nothing out there to support my back, until I purchased this. Going skiing soon and know I will be able to wear this belt. Would recommend this item.

I choise this belt after buying and returning another make, as I was unable to find the correct size .This is fantastic. The fit of L/XL is ideal for me , with a large range of adjustment within each size, depending how tight/ firm you want the support.The belt is extremely well made, with THREE bands of Velcro strap to fix- left, right then final right fixing. It can easily be worn over or under a shirt .Originally I looked at a trendy support belt marketed for fly fisherman. Almost double the price and not as good.I don't know if it's psychosomatic but my back feels a little better after one day! NoPain when leaning over to brush my teeth.Look no further - just but it.

I bought this for extra spinal support. I have early degenerative disc disease with spinal stenosis & thought it might help. I tried it for 2 days but it was just wrong for me, probably due to other pain issues I have. My husband occasionally has back twinges & he is happy that it feels comfortable for him. The support was difficult for me to wrap around myself & my husband had to help but it’s well made & we have kept it.

Helped me through a very painful time! Fitted well and gave good support enabling me to carry on working almost pain free. Just having it on reminded me to move, lift and turn with care also encouraged good posture.

Brilliant and has helped a lot but not too happy with the skin irritation so I have cut down how long I wear it for. Also I am a size 14/16 and on reflection I should have purchased the next size up.

Back brace,gives good support to lower back and improves posture.would have gave it five stars but for the overlap part at the front is about six inches to long, and does not connect to the Velcro the way it should,this leaves part of the outside brace without any support.In my opinion another six inches of Velcro would solve this,and make the support brace a lot neater.James

I'm slim build and it gives me good support, being able to play with the bands adjusting in many levels. The removable pad for lumbar it is an interesting option to have. It is lightweight and doesn't make me sweat. The metal bars give you support and are flexible enough to make it comfortable, however, if you use it at hip level, if you crouch too much it will inevitably move up.

The high rating attracted me to this product. When it arrived I was even more impressed than I expected. There is the main wide belt fixing around one. Then two additional fixings (from left and right) which allow additional tightness to be created.
