I have had a problem for years of a patch of dry skin on my head which did not clear up even after given medical prescriptions for the condition,thought will have to live with it even tried other products.Bought this item give it a go and it worked dry skin no more i continue to use this to keep that area free from dry skinThe product comes in a tube and is not your usual cream its a little thicker a little sticky but absorbs into the skin giving it a protection ...Like i said worked for me

Soothing delicately aroma healing SKIN AID GEL
This is a superb product It has a real "WOW" factor! I have a good deal of sun damaged skin and have tried many products over the years,including the creams supplies by doctor & hospital. No longer do I use these. This wonderful product does what it says on the tube. My scar tissue from a fairly recent squamous cell benign carcinoma on my cheek has responded well to treatment. Less sore and no longer am I aware of it. Love this so much that I now use Purao Bee Venom all day moisturizer...no more searching for me!

This is amazing
This really is amazing.Have had a nightmare year with eczema on 1 hand/wrist and the front of my neck, really hateful. Got very limited relief from various products but no real improvement.Read up on the benefits of Manuka Honey for skin problems and found this little gem, so glad I did.It arrived sooner than expected, which was great. Did the suggested patch test, no reaction so went ahead.A tiny amount goes a really long way and the use by date is really good as well.After using twice a day for 5 days I really noticed a difference, there seemed to be a reduction to the inflammation of the patch on my hand and wrist.Been using now for 8 days and can hardly believe the improvement on my hand and wrist. New skin is appearing around and across the area and the whole patch is much more flexible and not so tender.It is also having an effect on my neck, which has been affected since last November, but more slowly which after the length of time I've had that problem isn't really surprising. That area is now not so angry or such an irritation so I can say there's been improvement there as well.For anyone who suffers eczema or dermatitis I would certainly recommend trying this.

not so sure if this is for me, even after shaking and manipulating the tube the oils were separate from the cream :(
