Feels okay enough that I was able to wear all day. Really helped keep my little toes from rubbing against the the toe next to it. Also appreciated that there was two in this pack, one for each foot.

There must be something better for hammertoes.
Not happy with these, they slip around inside my socks. Sometimes they are on top of my toes when I take my socks off. I wouldn't buy them again.
