The plug end isn't attached to the wire, so it freely rotates. (Plugging it in the first time, I noticed the end moving and taped it to try to get through the task at hand) The loose end apparently lead to broken connections or wires, which is probably why when you plug it in, it shuts down the main controller 90% of the time. If you hold it just right, you can get the camera to stay on, but the lights are so dim that the image is completely useless if it's dark where you are trying to see. It does have an adjustment on the light intensity, that goes from dim to barely visible. I didn't expect much, as the price is so low, but it's like they were trying to build something that was guaranteed to fail.

This product is absolute trash. Purchased for my parents who were unable to get it to work. When I finally had time to get to their house, I spent over an hour trouble shooting and determined it's garbage and simply does not function. Tried with multiple iPads. Had it working for a brief second, and in that time span was unimpressed with the picture quality that was streaming. All in all, a piece of junk, don't buy, and unbenknownst to me the return window was very short, so I now have a crappy digital paperweight. Product straight from China, of course.

This is a great camera. After getting it installed, we had fun just playing with it! Little did we know that while playing with it, our washing machine would go out. We were able to snake the camera back to the catch basin to see if it was clogged before taking apart the entire washer. While we we were at it, we went ahead and checked the dryer vent to make sure it wasn't clogged with lint. We will be using this scope often.

Who knew this device could be so much fun! Sure, it's good or electricians. plumbers, jobs that require you to see in some hard to look places, but even my nephew had fun seeing how this thing works. Camera quality is great, and now I can save money using this thing, rather than calling someone and simply paying for them to tell me whats wrong.

This gadget is awesome. I bought it as a git for my husband, and he LOVES it. It can be used in so many different ways, to see what is going on inside a machine, drains, in an engine. It's a great gift for a guy!

Does not even function. I've tried to install the app multiple different ways. It says do not use app from app store but the qr code takes you to app store. All I got was a black picture.

I use this for inspecting my beehives without bothering the bees. It works great and shoots super clear videos I can share with my fellow beekeepers.

Gave as a gift and he loved it! He was very excited about it and will be using it for some construction in his house!
