KitSound HOLSUCKT2 In Car Universal Fit Suction Holder for iPhone/Mobile Devices

Decided to purchase this product as it adjusts to the size of your phone so it doesn't matter if you change your phone. Stuck on very well from day 1 and has yet to fall off at all. Can put my phone in the holder with a case and not a problem. It does tend to shake a bit when driving, but perhaps that is more to do with my positioning of the holder than anything else. Unfortunately product's suction cup came off after 3 months but I was impressed with the item so bought a replacement.

I needed a phone holder that could be adjusted as I have a case on my phone and so It wouldnt fit the standard one's. This phone holder is brilliant and holds my Iphone very securely. The arms are padded with foam to protect your phone from scratches and hold the phone very snug so it cant move at all. It has never fallen from the windscreen as the suction cup is very good. Well worth the purchase!

This is a fairly sturdy-feeling device, particularly given the low, low price. The suction cup attaches firmly so long as the surface is glass-smooth and quite flat.I've only rated this as 4 rather than 5 stars because the long arm design means that there is a fairly significant lever effect when the arm is opened out. Even with a very light iPhone5 in this position the phone wobbles and vibrates quite a lot when driving.This can be partially mitigated against by positioning the hinged arm as close as possible to the mounting surface. The option to do this will depend on the space, shape and angle of the area it is being used in.

The glue doesn't stand up well to hot days. The glue melts, the sucker cup detaches, the product is useless. Bought a replacement as thought it was a one off, but the same thing happened again.Very disappointing.

Broken after 3 months of holding a Nexus 4. The plastic that holds together the suction does't appear to be very strong as it broke/crumbled after three months, even though it was not being taken on/off constantly, i.e just stuck on car door since it was bought. Shame, as it is otherwise a very practical holder.

I found this suction holder to be OK for the price. It just seems as though all these plastic holders on the market are just so flimsy. In particular, the ratchet, which operates the side arms, is not well made. For instance, when you want to remove your phone, the button you push releases the side arms which are suppose to both move away from each-other. I found after a couple of uses, typically only one of the side arms deploys (BTW I'm not pushing the side arms with too much force to break the ratchet system). This means that when I go back to secure my phone I here a crunching noise which indicates strain being put on the ratchet system. As a result I can't see this mount lasting long. On a positive note; I do like the fact that you don't have to use the lower support (which flips out) as this can sometimes get in the way of connecting aux cables to the phone while mounted.

This phone holder was a good buy, especially for the price. It sticks to the windscreen very securely, and I have never had it even hint that it was going to come loose. It holds the phone (tested with an HTC Desire S) very securely, as the holder arms have padding which slightly deforms as you bring the arms in, preventing the phone from moving within the arms. Due to the firm hold on the phone, you don't need the flip out bit at the bottom, and I don't use it so that I can move my phone to allow access to the USB connection for charging. I am very pleased with this device.

Does what it says on the tin. Holds most phones so can be used if 2 drivers have different phones. On speakerphone you can then shout and use it as a hands free kit.Great! And cheaper than stuff in the shops
