Cara Ve soap is scent free and does not irritate the Psoriasis it does provide some moisture and is effective in helping with cleaning and treating.

I’ve been using this with the matching lotion. I’ve received so many compliments on my skin. Every questions as to whether I am pregnant or not due to having glowing skin. I do not have psoriasis, but this works well.

My psoriasis looks exactly the same as before i started using this product. There's been no improvement in that regard. It has been itching considerably less, though.

Blemishes sucked, especially being over 30. My skin is constantly clogged with any moisturizer but also super dry. I have tried expensive stuff and this paired with Neutrogena hyrdoboost hyaluronic acid has been a game changer! Also added nix fix for blemishes but I rarely need any. Love this stuff so clean feeling. If you’re struggling keep searching and what you find might just be more affordable than you thought. Good luck!

I have struggled with dry, flaky skin my whole life (33 years). What has helped me up til now is 1) showering no more than 2x a week, 2) use warm, instead of hot, water, 3) exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate, and 4) moisturize after my showers. And this has helped me manage a bit, especially for 24 hours after my shower. However by days 2 and 3, I would start to feel dry again and I hated it (especially in the winter). I saw in a reviews for an exfoliating cloth that this one reviewer had found that using the exfoliating cloth, with a urea based product for cleansing and then a lactic-acid product, for moisturizing after the shower, brought him a ton of relief. I will all the products I'm now using in my routine below.So, I decided to give it a go! Wow wow wow! This is the most hydrated my skin has felt EVER... and it's been longer than 24 hours since my last shower! This cleanser is on the liquidy side, but used in conjunction with my new exfoliation cloth, it lathers up so nice and I actually only need one squirt of this per shower. I use dove for sensitive skin on my delicate skin areas (underarms, thigh crease area, and under breasts) but then use this cleanser everywhere else. I've used it on my face too and haven't had any issues.
