Good quality silicone sausage maker although I still haven't used it as yet.

I have a thing about making my own sausages, and thought I'd try one of these out, as I was finding making them using skins was becoming a tedious affair! These moulds take that problem away, and they make the process so quick and simple I purchased another three. I just mix the meat mixture and inject the meat straight into the mold and into the freezer. No mess, and less meat handling. Being silicon and rated to oven temperature I think they should be great to use straight into the oven, but I haven't tried that as six sausages would be a bit too much for me in one go. They are so flexible, even straight from the freezer, that I just remove a couple and just pop straight into my airfryer. They are really good.

Die Form fällt deutlich kleiner aus als erwartet, die Würstchen haben hinterher das Format von Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen. Ich habe die Form zur Herstellung von Seitan-Würstchen benutzt, da mir die einmalige Verwendung von Alufolie zuwider ist. Die Würstchen haben ihre Form perfekt behalten und die Silikonform hat sowohl eine Stunde Dampfgaren, sowie die Spülmaschine problemlos überstanden. Langzeittest steht jedoch noch aus.
