Bought this to replace the battery on our V6. The price is good compared to an original replacement from Dyson.I’ve rated this at 3 stars for Twi reasons.1. We do not get any extended battery life, virtually the same as the original.2. The V6 is now quite tight to remove from the charging station did to this battery being slightly bigger.These points aside everything else ok

Fitted it .. charged it .. doesn't work. Fitted original battery back in and the unit works fine so it's the battery. Not good.

Having supplied at last a new battery I have tried it and I am very pleased with my purchase. It received a full charge and has run my Dyson DC 59 for much longer with the rotating brush than the original battery did. Well done@

Waste of time and money, purchased two batteries for two of my identical Dyson DC59, both of the Dysons would cut out after 3 seconds. Received two more from manufacturer after complaining and yes......... these two are now cutting out after a few seconds. My advice is Buy the Proper original Dyson batteries and everything will work fine for your Dyson. Waste of over £70. Disappointed but expensive lesson learnt.

100% satisfied with this updated Dyson V6 battery, it certainly a big improvement to the Dyson's original. Which is at least 50% more expensive, have had no problems charging and its last a lot longer in use even in turbo mode very pleased with this product.

The first battery failed after 2 months. The 2nd one has only lasted 6 months. In both instances, the Dyson started running and would not stop (only removing the battery stopped it). The battery became very hot while running like this and then stopped working altogether. Would not accept a charge. Now out of pocket for 2 batteries, with no obvious way to return the items for exchange. Very disappointing.

Appalling. Did not work at all then the post office refused to return it to Amazon. VERY unsatisfactory. Would give zero stars if I could.
