Very easy to use, its worth spending a little extra and buying a 'manufacturer specific' tool, which this is, it simply reads the VIN number when pugged in and knows exactly what model of car it's interfacing with. The benefit of this is it not only comes up with the error code, but gives a brief description of the fault on the display so you don't have to look up the fault. The tool will also allow you to turn off the fault light, remmeber the fault is still present and will need fixing, the handset will also check your emissions and carry out a full diagnostic check on the vehicle. It's very simple to use and has just three buttons; I/M, enter/exit & scroll. It has a colour display which is very easy to read and legiable. The Autolink AL319 is a great choice because its inexpensive, scans codes for most makes of car and best of all it tells you what the fault codes mean. Glad I bought it because two days later the EPC warning reappeared so not only was I was able to clear the fault code, but now I also know what needs to be fixed on the car. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use and it reset the Engine management light *by D***M on 6 July 2019* I bought this in the hope it would diagnose and reset the Engine management light on my Volvo XC60 (2013). This is simple to use and easy to work out how to operate after a couple of minutes pressing buttons. With the Engine running I plugged this in and found a way into the options of resetting the fault. The only concern I had was that it says 'delete' rather than reset. Which I was a bit nervous about doing. But it removed the standing light from the car and all seems good. After running a diagnosis on the car, I think the issue may be with the EGR valve because there is an X next to this in the diagnosis page. But as the light is now off, I'm not sure if there is a genuine fault or not?? Overall a good product thats far cheaper than going to your local dealer. And it can be used again on other cars if needed.
