It was a little bit bigger than I originally thought but we had no problems fitting it in the back door and Found it really easy to fit This is perfect for a bigger dog, it gives them the freedom to come and go into the garden and the safety that only the pets with the electronic tag can enter. It’s easy to use and easy to change the to the different function (fully open - anyone or anything can come and go, perfect for when your at home but don’t need to supervise your pet electronic entry only; the door will only unlock if the pet has a special tag - this is perfect for when your pet is at home alone and can go into the garden by themselves and Lastly - the lock mode - perfect for when your all away from home). The door is louder than I thought and can take a while to go into lock down mode but all in all I think this dog door is great and our dog loves it.

Great door but makes a loud bang when opening this scared the dog so now won't use it.

Unfortunately I ignored all the negative reviews about the function of this door. Installation was easy and I did all the sensitivity setup as per the instructions but it is just useless. Either the sensitivity is so high it unlocks constantly when my dog is metres away from it inside, or if I turn it down it won't pick her up standing right outside the door so won't unlock to let her back in (the door is standard wood with a polystyrene centre so nothing abnormally dense). So I can't trust it to do it's job and am having to leave it unlocked. Now, the reason I got this door was to let the dog out and keep the cat in - unfortunately it is pointless for that even if the sensor was working as it takes forever to lock after opening. Wish I had saved my money - unfortunately for some reason the cutout is a completely different size to any other flap so I can't even send it back and swap for a basic model.

Was going to spend the extra on the Wi-Fi enabled version but so pleased we didn’t. This is perfect, easy to install set up and operate. Couldn’t recommend it enough. DONT SPEND TGE EXTRA on the Wi-Fi version it’s not worth it, our puppy standard poodle caught on to operating this so quickly with the smart tag that comes with the flap, it’s a breeze.

First the dongle thing was put in the battery compartment and I spent about 600 years trying to find it, then the back section doesn’t actually have a top and bottom labelled so the screw holes didn’t match up. Sounds pretty obvious to test it which I did but trying to juggle the front bit and the back bit and the door at the same time is a pain and it would make it a hell of a lot easier if it was labelled. Then the screw holes are so narrow and deep I couldn’t actually fit the screw driver in the holes to screw them in fully. Actual plastic flap bit probably wouldn’t actually stop anyone if they did actually want to break in as they could probably boot it open and the flap is a little noisy. Plus sides it has a magnetic thing so the wind won’t blow it open, auto/always open/always lock settings seem useful though I haven’t tried it on just the dongle only setting just yet cause it took me about 84 years to install it. Looks like a pretty decent door after recovering from the pure rage of installing it, not sure it’s worth the money but it’s the only electronic door which will fit my fat af dog so we’ll see.

It does the job of a basic dog door but it eats through batteries very quickly and for the price is not as responsive as I would have liked. I have spent a significant amount of time training my dog to use this but the doors reaction times to the collar attachment vary significantly which has made training harder. It doesn't feel as secure as I would like and I am overall quite dissapointed in the functionality of the product. Unfortunately I was unable to use this product prior to cutting a large hole in the wall of my house for it which makes the lack of reliability even more dissapointing.

My experience with installing and commissioning the dog flap was a pleasant job. Easy to understand manual with clear and concise instructions. The dogs have adjusted to the new dog flap readily. It does not blow open in strong winds as my previous dog flap did. My only concern is the price of the replacement batteries. But if they last six months then it will be more than ok.

Facile et rapide à installer. Parfait pour mon chien de taille moyenne. Pour répondre aux autres commentaires il ne manque aucunes pièces elles sont juste dans le cache des piles. Un prix qui peu faire peur mais cette trape fait son job à 100% et mon chien profite de sa liberté

Comme décrite, facile à installer pour celui qui sais 1 peu bricolé, réglage très simple pour l ouverture et fermeture automatique, simple pour passer d un mode à l autre, autonomie des piles raisonnable 1mois 1/2 qu elle est mise , pas encore du changé les piles de la porte, (conseil acheté des piles rechargeables, moi j ai acheté les piles rechargeables amazon qui on l air de bonne qualités) ou du collier(pour le collier piles de rechange facilement trouvé sur amazon) Bon rapport qualités / prix. Conviens pour 1 malinois adulte

Haben diese Türe schon seit 2019. Sie ist einfach toll. Unsere 4 Hunde, 1 Rottweiler, 1 Staffordshire, 1 Yorki und ein Mini Chi lieben sie. Sie wurde von einem Glaser in unsere 3 teilige Terrassentür eingebaut mit Isolierglas. War gar nicht so teuer. Sie schliesst dicht bei Feststellung, also kein Luftzug. Ist äusserst stabil. Haben es nicht bereut sie gekauft zu haben. war auch gar nicht so einfach das passende zu finden, da die Türen oder feststehende Glaselemente ziemlich schmal waren. Aber wie man auf dem Bild sieht, das hat der Glaser nach Einbau mit unserem Rotti aufgenommen, hats gerade so gepasst. Ich kann die Türe nur empfehlen bei uns in Grösse L ohne WiFi.

This door is LOUD. My dog won’t go near it. Way too expensive for something that can’t be used. Very disappointed!
