Since using insoles pain has subsided only had 7mm insoles but thinking of 11mm to see if it completely goes got to give 4 out of 5 so far 👍

A good interim measure before getting a proper fitting one made if you have real problems. If just sore feet great...

I have Plantar fasciitis and was despairing as the podiatrist insoles didn't help at all. Saw these and thought I would give them a try, although seemed expensive. Was sceptical as per another review as they didn't look anything special, but obviously wanted to give them a go. Have been using them for two years now and they are an absolute godsend!! Have stopped all the pain, are warm and very comfortable. Long lasting as well. Love them !! I also wear them in my slippers and have stuck them to my sandals !!
