We just got back from a villa holiday in Menorca and we were advised by the rental company to bring mosquito repellent for the first night.We took my 7year old cousin with us I bought 4 plug in mosquito machines and a pack of these bracelets. I had used the machines in hotel rooms previously but never the bracelets.I placed the bracelets throughout the villa, bedside tables, lounge, kitchen worktop, bathrooms. Our 7 year old is autistic and was attracted to the bright colours and even put one on his wrist to go out in the evening so we all ended up wearing them, they're brightly coloured so perfect for a sunny holiday evening.All I can say is that we weren't bitten. Whether it was the machines or bracelets or a combination of both, we'll never know.Keep the bag that they came in. I could smell the citrus in the bag so just kept that open on a shelf until we came home because it may have helped too.

Bought these again for holiday in 2018 after using them in Florida 2017. We arrived on Florida after a wet spell followed by hot then a major hurricane. We arrived 2 days before hurricane Irma. Mosquitos were up 500% according to local news. I used these bands one on each ankle and one on each wrist and kept them in their packaging when not using them I used a different 4 each day. Diferrent colours helped. I also used took vitamin b complex used skin so soft and put listermint on my pulse spots and the combination worked... not one bite which is unheard of. I wore sandals during the day and some nights for the first time. Very happy with these. Last year was my first DEET free holiday. Will be buying these next year too.When we left I passed them on to another holiday maker who had arrived on her honeymoon and forgotten repellent. X

I'm the guy that gets eaten every holiday. On the first night I put one on my left wrist and one on my left ankle. I was in Greece and within 2 hours I had a bite on my left leg and a bite on my right arm. I had kinda hoped that if anything I'd get a bite on the right side but the getting one on the left leg was a bit disapointing. I decided to wear 4 for the rest of the holiday so I had all 4 wrists and ankles arm banded. Happy to report that I didn't get another bite. Unfortunately I didn't hear anyone complaining that they were getting bitten so I don't know how many mossies were about. They smell pretty good as well and despite showering, swimming in the pool and being in the sea they kept the scent well.

Saw these last year on a friend who works in France. Ordered some and wore them last year. Had some left so just used them again this year and they still smelt and worked. You are not going to stop 100% of bites but touch wood once again this year I ended up with just 3 mos bites instead of about 20 over a 5 week period. Wore one on wrist and one on ankle. Didn’t seem to deter the flys much but def the mosquitoes. So just purchased another pack to take back with me later this summer. Was really impressed that the unused ones stayed fragrant for a year but I did ensure I rescaled the pack well.

We used these in Thailand and as far as I can tell they are reasonably effective , however, to obtain full protection it would probably require the wearing of 4 at a time. i.e. one on each wrist and one on each ankle and one would start to look like a'Xmas tree'.The other issues is that as each band last for some 250 hours and there are 10 in a pack , although the pack is resealable it is difficult to determine which bands have been worn and for how long as they all get mixed together.

These are really good, read reviews and decided to chance it.Previously this year i had been bitten to death whilst in Spain.As i was due to visit my daughter in Senegal I really did not want to get bitten in a malaria risk country.I used these, two on my wrists and two on my ankles every evening and sprayed with "Pyramid Trek 50 Insect/Mosquito Repellent Deet Spray - 100ml"i was in Dakar (which is known for being rife with mosquitoes that bite relentlessly) for six days. I went out at night in shorts and t-shirt and never got bite once.I also used a small battery operated device in my room at night "Lifesystems Portable Mosquito Killer"

It say "Effective protection against mosquitoes"!!! What a load of bull! absolutely uneffective, rubbish and useless! I should have just stuck to what i normally use! I currently wearing 4 bands! One each on my hand and two on my feet. I've been on holiday for last than 48 in Jamaica and I have about 20 bites so far all over my body! I am more than disappointed and I will be seeking for a full refund! DONT NOT BUY! Just get the jungle spray. It's too bad that have to give one star because I wanted to give NONE!!!!

Spent 2 weeks in Boa Vista, Cape Verde, which is apparently a hot spot for mosquitos, myself nor my wife came back with any bites (we don't normally get eaten but always get a few bites) not much more to say really, good value, my wife also found the different colours convenient (a clash of colours with the evenings outfit would be worse than a bite) I wore mine in the sea and the shower and whilst the smell deteriorated from this it was still there, however I still had a bag of 8 to swap with (putting the used band back in the resealable bag)Also worth saying that we did also use jungle formula maximum (which we always use)

Bracciali antizanzare che fanno il loro lavoro, rispetto ad altre sono più economiche e funzionano meglio, anche grazie alla confezione aprichiudi che ne preservano il profumo, come altre durano qualche giorno ma costano molto meno

Cumple su función, me puse una en el tobillo y otra en la muñeca y no se acerca ni un mosquito. Pero me las lleve a Punta Cana de vacaciones y ni con 4 pulseras puestas...yo creo que los mosquitos del caribe son inmunes a todo tipo de pulsera,pastilla,repelente....vine como un cromo llenita de picaduras...

ho preso questi braccialetti perche' lo scorso anno mi sono trovata bene d'estate sono di buona qualita' e tengono lontane le zanzare per un po' l'unica pecca e che quelli acquistati lo scorso anno erano in bustine singole ben sigillate. Invece questi sono in un unica busta e questo li penalizza molto, perche' essendo tutti in unica busta occorre chiudere bene per non disperdere il profumo di citronella

Que mas puedo decir, son pulseras de citronela que al poder guardarlas después del uso dentro de la bolsa emética, duran mucho más. Nosotros la utilizamos toda la familia, nos poníamos una en el muñeca y otra en el tobillo y a dormir, una noche llegamos cansados y se nos olvido ponérnoslas y al día siguiente teníamos algunas picaduras, desde entonces no dejamos de ponerlas.Las he compartido con amigos y ellos también están contentos.

Las especificaciones están mal, de hecho no se cumple algo que considero de importancia y es que cada pulsera venga en su bolsa individual. El paquete se abre y vienen las 10 pulseras juntas sin bolsa.Las especificaciones del producto indican esto:¿CÓMO FUNCIONAN? - Cada pulsera se somete a un sofisticado proceso de moldeo por inyección que infunde los aceites vegetales con efecto repelente frente a los mosquitos (citronela) en la pulsera de silicona con forma espiral. Cada pulseras repelentes de mosquitos viene en una bolsa individual con cierre y, una vez que la bolsa se abre, cada pulsera ofrece 10 días de protección. ¡Utiliza los pulseras y mantén a los insectos a raya!
