Just what I needed. I've been after a fitness set for a while as I suffer from back problems and was told improving my core stability was really important by the physio. I find these ideal as I can easily do a couple of quick routines each day and increase the challenge level as I get stronger.The equipment is well made and the instructions / exercise guides are really handy. Highly recommended.

What a great set to compliment my Running and Gym classes! I already had a ab wheel roller but it was overpriced and under engineered and broke whilst I was using, resulting in a painful face plant but the ab wheel roller in this set is beyond superior in both build and functionality with no danger of a painful face plant from it breaking. Don’t under estimate the need for the included knee pad either, it’s a great and needed addition. I’m very impressed push bars which rotate with a smooth motion and feel very secure when in use and the Resitance band I didn’t think I would use to be honest but I was pleasantly surprised with a little research it has become a great way the do some crucial core strength training. All in all a cracking set for the money which will last.

The Zizz Fit home gym equipment is a really good buy. All the items are really well made, sturdy and easy to use. They also aren't to large and bulky so can be stored away easily when not in use. A really nice feature of this item are the exercise cards which are supplied which show you clearly how to use each item correctly. I would happily recommend this pack to anybody looking to workout at home or in the office. I'm looking forward to using mine regulary and seeing the results!

Received the home work out kit quite quickly from Amazon. Unfortunately the kit was incomplete missing the resistance tube. Nothing to worry about though as after contacting Zizz they sent out a replacement kit that had everything there. The push up stands are well made and do the job. The matt isn't the largest but is sufficient to do your work out. The roller works well and is of a decent size no slipping and feels sturdy. A bargain kit at this price! No need to pay more for anything else to be honest.

I bought these as a present for my dad almost a year ago and they are still in mint condition despite being very well used. In terms of value for money to be used on a regular basis they are good.

Great quality product. An excercise sheet is included and shows a handful of the workouts that can be done with this set. Would be nice to have a couple of bands with different resistances but overall, would recommend this to anyone looking for a home fitness set.

As a Personal Trainer it is a great bit of kit to get your clients using at home. It has the three items included which help target your upper/ lower body and core. Highly recommend
