Good item, great customer service
I bought this as a present so didn't know about the poor quality initially. Unfortunately by the time I found out the return window had closed. The screen was totally scratched and marked. The on/off button isn't immediately obvious so was tricky for small fingers to find. Disappointing buy due to the poor screen.Update: the company were fantastic and sent me out another one immediately free of charge. This one arrived in perfect condition.

Awful
The plastic screen is so badly scratched and has a big sticky patch in the middle of it you can not see what it’s meant to do , super bad quality!!!

Get what you pay for
This infinity mirror is a very cheap model. It looks flimsy and i'm not sure it will last. Brightness level is ok.

Scratched and foggy, looks very used.
The plastic is scratched to the point it is unclear to see through. The product was expensive for how small it is so I'm very disappointed at the quality. I would like to get a refund/exchange but I worry because of the other reviews that I'll be given back another scratched one.
