Multimeter Test Leads Kit, Digital Multimeter Leads with Alligator Clips Replaceable Multimeter Probes Tips Set of 16

I bought these leads to use with a benchtop DC power supply. Some power supplies come with cheap leads, and some do not come with any leads at all. If you are going to work with a fair bit of current (>10A) while using your PS, you don’t want those tiny leads they tend to come with. These are much more robust. They come with high quality alligator clips, and solid push connectors (similar to banana clips). On top of that there is a also a small kit of extra accessories including spare tips for your leads, as well as some chunky spade terminators that would surely come in handy for anything w a screw down terminal. The clear plastic box that it all comes in is also neat bonus. I use it for my extra bolts, washers, busbars, and the like. I can’t imagine a better set of connections for the price. I highly recommend this set.

A little pricy but the cables are of a nice quality, and really look & feel that they are made of silicone as described, in contrast to some other descriptions out there claiming being made of silicone but are quite stiff and want to stay coiled up. These cables are nice and smooth and easily uncoil and stay straight and are very flexible ! The assortment of accessories inside the little box can also become very handy sometimes, especially the little alligator clamps. It is also nice that everything comes in 2 nice boxes. One fits inside the other. The quality of these boxes are unfortunately of the cheapy type made of hard/brittle plastic instead of the the more durable types that are made of the more semi hard plastic that can handle a bit more abuse.

This is good quality product at a very reasonable price. After I opened and tested these leads, I immediately throw away the ones came with my DMM. I'm mostly interested in the golden sharp topped probes, and they are threaded in for best connectivity. And the resistance measured is less than 0.1 ohm, my DMM's limit. The leads are quite long and reasonably soft. Overall a definite upgrade from my DMM's test leads, and offers several useful tips with secure and low resistance connection by threading.

The silicone test lead wire is pretty flexible, but not as flexible as better quality leads. That being said I'm very happy with the wire probe tips and length of the wires. The probes are extremely sharp like needles and easily probe through wire insulation. They are gold plated and screw into the probe holders for positive connection. The gold plating seems to be overkill since the gold will wear off of the tip within one or 2 probes into wire but this makes it much easier to check wires without having to find the terminal end to test. The rest of the probe tools attach by screwing on the adapter tips then slipping on which accessory tip you want to use. Overall I'm happy with these and have used them already to find hot wires in various circuits on my vehicle.

My original set of leads had failed and I needed a replacement. This set seems to be a great quality for the price and come with a great variety of attachments. I plan on purchasing another of these sets for my other multimeter.

They don't hold up like Fluke or fieldpiece but they also don't cost that much! Nice for what they are!

The test lead kit is great! It fit my Ideal 61-704 multimeter and provided me the flexibility I need. My only complaint is with shipping. The kit comes in a plastic case and was shipped in an Amazon bubble envelope. So, of course the case broke during shipping!! I'm returning the kit and asking that a replacement be sent with better protection for the product. Why send a good product out in a poor shipping container? Received my replacement today. It was still shipped in a paper envelope, but luckily the outer case was intact. A small box with a little padding would be a much better shipping option.

I needed a set of needle probes so I can get to the individual pins of 48-pin LQFP chip (an STM32F103) and traditional width probes are just too "fat". The needle probes on here are fantastic. They can get into the tightest of spaces, without short out adjacent pins, allowing me to measure voltages, waveforms and check for continuity. You get 2 pairs too, but watch out they really are needle-sharp, and just as thin so could be bent without care. Incidentally, you just screw them into the probes. You get a tiny spanner to screw them up tight, too! That's why I bought this entire set, so what else do you get? The cables, into which you can plug any of the accompanying probes, are very soft, silicon, a pleasure to use. The alligator clips are very useful too, for clamping onto robust components or power points. There are standard sized probe tips too as well as banana plug ends, useful for plugging into equipment or probes that have that connection (eg hook/clip connectors). I haven't used the spade connections. I'm guessing these could be permanently bolted to a piece of equipment that needs test points. I'm personally delighted with this set and use it a lot for my circuits and PCBs.

There is a small inner case for the smaller attachments . Super fine copper probe tips . Alligator Clips and Spade Lugs that are connected solidly and positively using a banana plug . The alligator clips have a strong grip and IF you have to use them on something delicate you'll have to attenuate that bite with a piece of wire or tubing in the jaws . And everything is in a good protective outer case . I am writing this review about 2 minutes after opening the case and seeing what was there and how well it has been designed . So , I can't speak to longevity . The leads are definitely not flimsy . As with most things the longevity is in our hands .

一番便利なのはバナナプラグ様のアタッチメント。 あれにすれば直接評価物にバナナ端子（メス）とかギボシ端子（メス）とかあれば挿せるので。 ただ、わにのクリップは思ったより大きくてあんまり使えなかったです。

Lo primero es que llegó a tiempo y son unos cables de muy buena calidad no tienen nada que ver con los que tenía antes y aparte tiene varios accesorios y eso le suma, el material de los cables es de calidad y duradero, son perfectos para trabajar casi con cualquier cosas como móviles, ordenadores, PS4, stc..

Ich habe mir diese Set gehohlt weil ich mit meinem Multimeter nicht in die Kleinen Öffnungen der Sterverbindungen kam. Die Erweiterungen sin von der Qualität für mich mehr als Ausreichend. Ich kann dieses Set uneingeschränkt Empfehlen
