Poor Quality
Good Morning-I was unable to contact the seller, and would like a refund or a second product free of charge as I have had this product less than a year- hardly used and the C port applicator that enters my mac has warped and will no longer fit. During my use of this product two of my usb ports went down and were unsuitable for use. I bought this with every intention that it would last a long time and because previous customers were pleased with their products. Please contact me to discuss this further.

Don't waste your time!
Really flimsy and makes connections really slow. I think it has come from another country so I'm not prepared to pay shipping costs to send it back! Very expensive for what it is! Have asked for a refund which told yes I can but that was months ago now and still chasing!!

Overall, great product.
Does exactly what it says it will do. Great for MacBook users as there are multiple USB ports and SD Card ports. I do wish there was a bit for my headphones though.

Just what I needed
Works great- sits a bit wonky if I have the case in my Mac though! Shame apple took the usb and sd card slot off the new MacBook pros. 🙄

Seems fine
I have not had the chance to really use this product however, it works well, has all the necessary slots (apart from the HDMI slot). It seems okay for the purpose I bought it.
