Super soft and adorable. I got it for days when I only want to carry my phone, wallet, and keys. As you can see, the zipper only goes around the head so it wouldn't be suitable for large objects. However, the pocket extends down to the belly. The shoulders are not padded but seeing as it cannot carry much it shouldn't hurt your shoulders. The straps adjust so it could fit a toddler or an adult. Either way it is very cute.
