**Q: I have a water softener on my water system which comes from our own borehole - as such we never get limescale in our kettle et -would we still need it**
A: Did any of these people read your question? Realise it's an old question but no where do you mention bottled water. A water softener in your system properly functioning means you don't need to descale the coffee machine, if you notice your kettle start to fur up. Consider running a treatment through your coffee machine.

**Q: Will this work on a ninja coffee bar machine**
A: In all honesty I have no idea if it will work. But having had two coffee machines years ago wrecked from using a descaler/cleaner not recommended by the manufacturer I wouldn't risk it without contacting Ninja to see what they recommend.

**Q: This is ridiculous.  I've bought this product, there are no English instructions.  Please can anyone tell me how to use this product?**
A: I just realised the instructions are behind the label - it peels off at the front!

**Q: Can I use this on a Gaggia Brera bean to cup machine?**
A: I have only used it on my Delonghi. But if yours has a Descartes programme, you just add the solution to water and the programme does the rest so I don't see why not.

It's surprising how much limescale and build-up it manages to remove, especially if you live in a hard water area and don't realise how much has accumulated over time.
