Hypo-allergenic Washproof Plasters - Pack of 100

After developing an allergy to plasters over the last year, I've taken a while to realise that I could probably find some that didn't cause my skin to go bright red and sore. When I give blood my skin seems to react to their 'normal' and their 'hypo-allergenic' plasters, so I kind of thought I didn't have any options. I bought these after getting a sore under my arm which rubbed on clothes and was taking ages to heal, and I am incredibly impressed. Here's why:- The Box.The plasters come in a great box that is sectioned off to keep the different sizes and shapes of plasters separate. This is SO handy, better than any box you can buy in the supermarket or pharmacy, in which you can never find the kind you need. The box even has a diagram showing you what plasters are where in the box.- The Variety.Basically any type of plaster you'll ever need! a couple of different sized rectangles, the wee circles (what I ended up using under my arm) some super long thin ones that I think will be dead handy for those cuts you have to awkwardly fashion a plaster for. Also knuckle plasters, and finger plasters.- The Adhesive.So like I said my skin reacts to all other plasters I've tried, but not these! I assumed to get a plaster that wouldn't irritate my skin would mean a plaster that didn't stick well. I was wrong. The plaster managed to stay stuck to my underarm - generally a moist area! - for 2 days before I peeled it off! The edges hadn't even started to come away, yet it was still painless to remove, and didn't leave the usual red, irritated 'shadow' I'm used to.At the end of the day I'd buy these again even if I didn't have an allergy, though I wonder if I'll ever need to purchase plasters again because there seems to be a lifetime's supply in the box.Tldr; I've never been so excited over something so mundane.

Update : no reaction to the plaster, stuck well to my skin and came off pain free. Remained stuck to me whilst I washed up and showered so apart from the inaccurate details of contents I'd buy again.Original review :Definitely not 7 sizes I counted 5 most are huge only 4 finger ones. Not used them yet so don't know how sticky they are yet or whether I'll react to them.

Bought these for my son who was allergic to plasters and unfortunately he was also sensetive to these. He was a few months old and the rest of the family use them fine. Good plasters in spite of this.

Very useful to have these multi-shaped plasters to hand.I recently went through my home First Aid box and had to throw out simply loads of items as, thankfully because I had no use for them, loads of plasters were out of date. I'm not a fan of plasters but it is good to have some first aid items at home for the odd cuts and bruises that the grandchildren get as well as the odd finger cuts.These arrived next day, via Prime Time delivery. Very impressed with that.

Plasters seem fine though not used yet. Rather disappointed to find that the box is not subdivided as in the picture which was one of the reasons I picked this one. It's just one flimsy open box so still not easy to have them all sorted. Oh well I guess I will get over it but the picture shouldn't mislead.

Great value ! Wow...lots of different sizes n shapes for most injuries however random...nice and sticky too which was my only concern ordering but absolutely ideal for a long lasting adhesion. Sick of trying to find the right size plaster my my families assorted daily disasters and the price and variety in the box is fantastic. Very happy.

All the sizes you need. Perfect for the first aid box you should have in. Bought this along with other first aid stuff after nearly slicing my finger off on a Saturday afternoon, and finding my first aid kit totally lacking. Bought some of those closure strips too, a little to late for me perhaps but could save you from a nasty scar.

I've tried all sorts of plasters and they don't stay on for more than an hour - I have a busy life, do DIY, am outdoorsy, do a lot of cooking and wash my hands 20 times a day. I also cut myself a lot! I was searching for the blue plasters you see Chef's wearing in professional kitchens when I saw these and thought I'd give them a go. I had high hopes from the reviews. I was disappointed. I only washed my hands 3 times and they come off - absolute waste of money and I'll keep searching for the Chef's plasters.
