This is a reasonably good design, which helps protect your phone. After about 6 months I find that the edges fray a bit and some plastic reinforcing sticks out (but you can trim it with scissors). I wish they made a version without the back pocket (which makes it a bit thick, and is a bit redundant these days with Apple Pay). My early version also didn't have a ridge at the edges to better protect the screen - however the manufacturer did give me a discount.I did find that I could unpick the stitches to remove the back pocket - and the killer feature is the hinged cover which lets you fold it back without blocking the camera - for this (which I haven't seen on other designs) I would buy another one when this inevitably wears out.

purchased this in december 2017... it is a lovely case, not too bulky, and the folding cover allows access to the camera... i suppose that the failure of the 'hinge' area after nearly four years of constant use is not too shabby, and it is a testimony to my enjoyment of the cover that i'm about to order an identical replacement

I have bought Kavaj covers for all my iPhones and iPads and have found them both pleasing to look at and durable. Nothing at all to complain of - buttons work, camera works, cover keeps the screen clean and protected. Even the occasional fall has not caused damage either to the phone or iPad or, indeed, to the Kavaj cases. When I get a new phone I go immediately to Kavaj!

I have used Kajav cases for all my iPhone products over a number of years with no issues but the last two cases I have brought for my IPhone XS have been very disappointing and lasted only a few months. The corners are very brittle on this particular case which have failed on the last two purchases. Not the longevity I would expect from a premium product with a premium price tag.

I’ve had 4 or 5 of these Kavaj cases for various iPhone models Over the years, its a Great looking case but when I got an iPhone XS it kept switching my phone off and cutting off calls when I held it under my ear using my shoulder. Took the case off and no more problem, my newly purchased (non-Kavaj) case is also fine. Shame as now its not used at all after only a month of use and a big waste of money. I suspect its the magnets in the case but not sure. After 6+ years of only having Kavaj cases, I have now had to buy another brand! :-(

I have many Kavaj products and all have been well made and durable, so I have full expectations that this one will not disappoint. One little problem is that once you buy Kavaj items you get bombarded with offers to buy others! I only have one phone and one iPad!

I have had several of these cases for different phones. They are nice cases and useful with the 2 pockets for cards, but they don't last more than a year before they start to deteriorate. On this last one the leather split on the spine after about 8 months, so they are rather expensive given their short duration. Still I will probably get another, as I like the feel of them.

I didn’t think it was possible to enhance the look of a phone by putting it into a case. But I’ve been proved wrong.The case oozes quality and once my phone was sitting snugly inside the case I was blown away by just how fantastic it looked. The case is lightweight, tough and very well made. Highly recommended
