Helps to make you drink more water!
Really like this product! I bought it for my desk at work and it’s really helped me drink more water for a couple of reasons. 1) it really does keep the water cool. I fill it up first thing in the morning and it’s still cold at lunch! 2) I had a normal water bottle before and it would often still have the lid on at the end of the day untouched. As this has a straw, I find that I just skip away at it and before I know i’ve drunk the whole thing! Only slight thing is the water can has a hint of metallic!

Lid cracked due to heat but kept drinks hot
The lid cracked after a few weeks of use. Amazon kindly refunded the item. This is a good concept and I loved that it was plastics free and came with a stainless steel straw. I used the straw and lid with hole for hot drinks (as per instructions) and the drink was still hot at lunchtime. I suggest that as the lid cracks due to the heat of the drinks the next design should have a screw top stainless steel lid like the kleen Kanteen. Which would help when trying to remove the lid and last longer. This is still the only plastic free cup (wide mouth) I have found so it’s a shame the lid design wasn’t great

Waste of money
I may be using wrong, but lid doesn’t fit properly. I can’t use for anything hot says on lid for cold. Total waste of money I wanted to use to carry soup with me. From my experience is for use on the go. Although maybe am done something wrong. Literally used once soup leaked all over me.

Not suitable for travelling with hot liquids
This is a joke. It’s pretty but that’s the only good thing I can say about this product.Filled the mug with boiling water. Waited for 30 s or so to put the bamboo lid on. The lid does NOT stay. Hot fume pushes it out no matter how well I fit it in.Tried holding the lid with my hand and carry the lid as I would going to work. The lid came off with force!! Almost ended up spilling the hot water on me!! Are you kidding me??It’s ashame because I like the design of it.Can’t see me nor anyone taking it with coffee safely to work.
