So it won't look new forever but it is performing well!ORANGE THREAD: There is an unfinished edge of fabric inside the bag, in the 2 pouches and inner zip pocket. Unfortunately, threads are shedding from the material edge that was not turned under during production.The threads can be annoying and could get stuck in the small internal zipper. We suggest trimming away the thread and small bit of unfinished fabric and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.OFF GASSING: 5% of our customers have reported an odor to the bag when first received. This is not uncommon or unsafe and we suggest you leave it open to air out for a night or two.
