Cosmetics Flawless Primer, Original

This primer is great value for money and works like a dream on my mature skin (I’m 58). Leaves my face feeling smooth and silky. It’s a lightweight formula and smells lovely, unlike some of the other claggy primers I’ve tried that have also smelt awful!! Would highly recommend.

Of all the primers I've tried (and that's a lot!) this is the best for blurring and wrinkle filling and if you give it a little dry time before applying foundation, you'll have the most long lasting, flawless skin of any of the primers. The price is excellent value for money and I find 2 small pumps is sufficient.

A very lovely primer, value for money & glides onto the skin beautifully. No scent really, just a light, soft serum. A little goes a long way. I don't wear alot of make up & would usually wear this on its own. It blurs small imperfections and gives a matte finish. I have used it underneath foundation, the product behaves as you'd expect/would want. My skin is super sensitive and tends to be quite dry, no issues using this product. Very pleased.

Was delighted to find the original, as BarryM have mucked around with it & now have a cool and hot tones primer instead. I don't want to think about tones, just want a basic primer that does the job & this is it. With 50 something combi skin - cheeks as dry as the Sahara and an oily t-zone, I need something that glides on easily on the dry bits and doesn't make oily bits worse. This stuff is the biz - no strong scent, matifies oily bits brilliantly, means make-up goes on smoothly and doesn't cake on uber-dry cheeks. Going to stock up enough for next 30 years in case I last that long.

I've been on the hunt for a good primer for years, and this one has really impressed me! As a 42 year old with a bit of texture, I was skeptical, but this primer is fab! It glides on smoothly and creates a flawless canvas for my foundation. My makeup stays put all day without fading or settling into fine lines. The best part is that it doesn't feel heavy or greasy, and it actually helps to minimize the appearance of my pores. If you're looking for a primer that delivers on its promises, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's a must have for anyone who wants their makeup to look flawless and long lasting.

I wore this once on a night out with friends and my make stayed OK looking. Not great though. S far it seems like an ok primer EXCEPT the horrible smell. On first application, it went on very smoothly and nice but after I'd done half my face, my eyes started to sting, I thought I'daybe got some in them. I hadn't. I had to wash my face completely and my eyes and reapply it. But it still made my eyes sting. If you can get past this, after you've stopped applying the smell WILL GO. And make up goes on nice. But it doesn't last that long! Maybe an hour, which isn't ideal.

I've been looking for a reliable primer for a while now, this is just what I was looking for. It goes on a dream and holds my make up all day. I find the product really hydrating and doesn't tend to dry out throughout the day! A really good find!
